Terms & Conditions

These conditions apply to the booking of any event, conference, incentive scheme or purchase of tickets. We have attempted to keep them as simple as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us if any point is not clear.

  1. Confirmation
    All bookings are provisional until confirmed in writing by the client. Provisional bookings will only be held for period of 14 days unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with GB EVENTS.

    GB EVENTS reserves the right to release provisional bookings at any time if a deposit and / or a letter of confirmation has not been received. No booking will be treated as confirmed unless and until the deposit and/or the booking conditional acknowledgment form is signed and returned.
  2. Deposits
    A 50% deposit is payable on booking with the balance being payable on the date advised on the invoice relative to a particular event. All deposits are non refundable.
  3. Cancellations
    In the event of a cancellation the deposit will be forfeited.
    In the event of a cancellation within 6 weeks of the date of a particular event the full amount of the invoice will be payable to GB EVENTS.
  4. Methods of Payment.
    Cheque: Please make payable to GB EVENTS LTD.
    Credit Card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Switch, Maestro. To pay by credit card please phone 01565832011 with your details.
  5. Credit arrangements.
    As per detail on your invoice GB EVENTS reserve the right to charge interest at the rate of 2% per month on any outstanding amounts due and payable to GB EVENTS from the date upon which the amounts should have been paid until actual payment.
  6. Objections and Queries
    Any customer wishing to raise objections or queries concerning any invoices must do so in writing within 7 days of the invoice date. Where any amount is not in dispute this amount shall be paid in accordance with the payment terms shown in the invoice.
