Incentive Schemes

"Rewarding endeavour and achievement"

Our key considerations when formulating a successful incentive scheme programme are:

  • To define a clear and measurable set of objectives
  • To identify the needs and aspirations of the target audience
  • To offer meaningful and worthwhile rewards
  • To set realistic goals that participants can reasonably achieve
  • To establish frequent methods of communication
  • To constantly monitor participant performance

As no two businesses are the same, via consultation with your senior management, we take time to gain a thorough understanding of your company and the profile of your participants. We then work with you to plan, design and implement a scheme that will successfully achieve your objectives and business goals.

GB Events offer a full service package from creative concept, structure, set up and launch promotion to ongoing scheme management, performance monitoring/reporting and fulfillment of the rewards. We also provide advice on tax and NI legislation.

We can provide and fulfill a comprehensive choice of reward incentives ranging from retail, leisure and merchandise products and vouchers, to bespoke experiences and incentive travel.

Once we have established the most relevant reward incentive, we can implement a variety of mechanics including:

  • Points based system
  • Tiered reward structure
  • League tables
  • Team rewards
  • Prize draws

Participant Communication

Vital to the success of any incentive scheme is the method of communication to the participants; our design team will ensure that your scheme will be impactful and compelling whilst communicating the participation criteria in a clear and simple way.

This will be achieved via:

  • A comprehensive Launch Pack
  • Tailored website landing page
  • PowerPoint presentation
  • Teaser cards and gifts
  • Personalised email prompts/reminders
  • SMS

Internal Communication

If required, we will build and/or manage your intranet or extranet site, allowing constant Head Office monitoring of the scheme and your staff performance.

Budgeting

Our company policy on these schemes is to have an open accounting relationship with our clients and charge a pre-agreed Management Fee plus any out of pocket expenses incurred during the management process. A flat fee, again based on a pre-arranged sum, would be charged for any creative or design work carried out on the clients behalf.
